Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your Boing! purchase. If you want to return any item, you can mail or bring it back to us within 60 days and we will refund it to the original form of payment. Items returned more than 60 days after delivery will receive store credit.

All unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for either a full refund or an in-store exchange. (See below for damaged/faulty item returns).

 

Returning by Mail

Items should be returned in their original packaging. Package the item(s) you want to return along with your packing slip. If you don't have your packing slip, please write your order number and the reason for your return on a slip of paper and enclose it in your package. 

The customer will pay the full return shipping up front, and Boing! will reimburse up to $7 of the return shipping cost when we process your return. 

We cannot offer refunds on the original shipping fee unless you've receive a faulty or incorrect item.

Refunds may take up to 7 days to process after we receive your return.  We will send you a confirmation once we process your return.

If you're returning a gift that was purchased for you, we will issue you an electronic store credit rather than a refund to the original form of payment. Please note the email address where you would like this sent. 

 

Exchanging In Store
Exchanges can only be processed in person. Bring in any items you want to exchange in their original packaging. Make sure you have the order number when you bring in your item(s) for exchange.  

 

Returning In Store
Online purchases can be returned in person. Bring in the item(s) you would like to return in their original packaging along with the packing slip with the order number.  

 

Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we want to fix the problem. Just return the item directly to us, and we'll refund your item(s), including the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges will be refunded if they applied to your order.
